  • Return or exchange any product (excluding personalised items) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned/exchanged items must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Customer pays return delivery.
  • Faulty items or items damaged in the post will be replaced or refunded.
  • Please contact us first to discuss a return, either via email or our website contact form.
  • Lost parcels are rare, but we would replace or refund your order.
