Thank you for visiting Daisy & Bump. Throughout these Terms and Conditions the terms “we” and “our” will refer to Daisy & Bump. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to our complete terms and conditions. By completing and submitting your order (or proceeding through the 'checkout process') you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Please check back periodically, as your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes to our Terms and Conditions or Info will mean that you accept those changes. These Terms and Conditions and any Policy written within are only applicable to this website, and does not apply to any other website that we may provide a link to.

Sections 1-8 of these terms and conditions may apply to all orders, unless the order is placed via a trade account, in which case sections 9-13 of these terms and conditions shall supersede, replace or apply instead of the information given in sections 1-8 for that trade order.

Returns Policy

Change of mind:

If you have changed your mind please inform us of your decision to return within 28 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive the item back in its original condition we shall issue you a refund. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer and we require that you obtain a proof of posting when you send your order back. After 28 days we can accept for exchange only – return shipping and re-shipping cost are payable by the customer. Please discuss before sending, item must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging. This excludes Personalised & custom orders.

Personalised & Custom orders:

Personalised details should be stated at the time of placing your order. Personalised orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. If you made an error when entering your order please email us. We understand errors can happen to us all, so we kindly offer a discount to re-print your order in this situation. Get in touch to discuss this with us.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:

If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty (custom & personalised included) then we ask that you report damage within 7 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.

Payment

Orders cannot be printed or shipped if payment has not cleared. Prices include VAT where applicable, a vat receipt can be provided upon request. If an incorrect price is shown due to technical/human error, we are not required to honour that price. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us, if we have already started printing your personalised order, then cancellation may not be possible. All products/orders/refunds are valued in GBP Sterling. Currency conversion rates may vary, and are determined by the payment processor.

Gift Vouchers

You may exchange Daisy & Bump Gift Vouchers, to the value indicated on the Gift voucher, wholly or partly for Daisy & Bump items listed from time to time on our website (www.daisyandbump.co.uk). Daisy & Bump Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Daisy & Bump Gift Vouchers, expire two years from the date of issue. Daisy & Bump Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered. Any unused balance will remain within your unique Daisy & Bump gift voucher code and can be spend on a future order. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by debit or credit card or Paypal. If you return an item supplied in exchange for a Gift Voucher, we will reissue a new Gift Voucher with the value of the item. No cash refunds will be given. You cannot use a Gift Voucher to purchase Daisy & Bump Gift Vouchers. We regret that we cannot re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Gift Vouchers. Our normal terms & conditions of purchase (as varied by these terms and conditions) apply to items supplied in exchange for a Gift Voucher. E-Gift Vouchers will be sent to the email address of the person who is receiving the voucher – please make sure they’ll be happy to hear from us.

Delivery

All delivery address details, including a delivery telephone number, must be correct at the time of placing your order. Daisy & Bump will not take responsibility for any parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete delivery address given by the customer. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Box, Prisons or Military bases. Parcels that are returned to sender which show at least one attempted delivery, or an issue raised by the courier on the tracking that was not responded to by the end-customer, may incur charges to resend. All customs fees, duties & charges levied at the point of entry are payable by the customer/recipient. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Box, Prisons or Military bases.

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts. Care

To clean your acrylic frame please use a damp soft cloth and water only, we cannot accept returns on frames that have signs of being cleaned incorrectly. Hang all prints and frames safely, securely, away from damp and out of reach of children. Do not hang in direct sunlight or above radiators. Remove all jewellery when handling frames to avoid scratching the white wood/glass/acrylic.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never collect or store card data, all card data is handled by PCI compliant third party payment processors (such as Paypal). For the processing and delivery of your order, we may need to collect personal data such as your name and address, which we may need to share with our carrier for your delivery purpose only. If you give your consent by opting into our newsletter, we may send your marketing material from time to time. We will never share your data with third parties, and you can opt out of our marketing list at any time by writing to us at hello@daisyandbump.co.uk. We may use cookies for the necessary operation of our website, to measure and improve the performance of our website, and to enable us to personalise and improve your user experience. Any data collected by cookies is aggregated and anonymised, which means we cannot identify you as an individual. These Cookies will remain on your device until you choose to clear your cache. Environmental Policy

We love the planet. Throughout our business we always consider the environment and constantly strive to find the most environmentally friendly solutions. When it comes to our packaging, we use recyclable card and paper packaging wherever possible, keeping plastic to a minimum, using no bubble wrap at all. Our frames are sent in bespoke plastic bubble bags which consist of 2% plastic and 98% air, they are very robust and can be used again and again. Once they can be used no more, they are 100% recyclable. Our prints & frames are created with a lot of care to ensure they are the highest quality, lasting 85+ years. We sincerely hope that our timeless heirloom prints will not be seen as not throw-away-items but will be treasured for many years to come. We are not only super proud to be a small British business making all our products in our North East of England studio, but we are also very happy to know we are keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.

Payment

We require payment before dispatch on your first three orders, we can then offer 30 days net payment terms from invoice date. If your order exceeds £1000 we will require 50% payment before dispatch, and the remaining 50% in 30 days from invoice date. Late payment will result in the 30 day net payment terms being removed, and we will require 3 more months of proforma payments before we can again offer 30 day net terms to you. Trade customers who have our personalised service will be invoiced once at the end of each calendar month for all the individual orders that were placed within that month. Payments can be made paid via bank transfer or Paypal (note: Paypal will incur a 3.5% surcharge on invoice total). If an incorrect price is shown due to technical/human error, we are not required to honour that price. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us, if we have already started printing your personalised order, then cancellation may not be possible. All products/orders/refunds are valued in GBP Sterling. Currency conversion rates may vary, and are determined by the payment processor.

Resale

You may price higher than our RRP if you wish, but we ask that you refrain from pricing under our RRP on a permanent basis. You may sell Daisy & Bump products in your own store and on your own store’s website. However, you are not permitted to sell Daisy & Bump products on online marketplaces such as Notonthehighstreet, Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. You are not permitted to remove, alter or rebrand Daisy & Bump products in any way or sell to another company. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are displayed safely in your store, and advise your customers to do the same. Daisy & Bump will not accept liability for damage caused by unsafe installation of our products.

Personalisation

We can offer our in-store personalisation service to all trade customers upon ordering one of our in-store personalisation catalogues. Our online personalisation service is only offered to a select few trade customers each year, to apply for this, please email us hello@daisyandbump.co.uk. It is the trade customer’s responsibility to enter the correct personalisation details into our website when placing a personalised order. No refunds or replacements will be given for incorrect details entered by the customer, and the product/s will have to be purchased again.

Daisy & Bump will not take responsibility for any parcels lost due to inaccurate/incomplete delivery address given by the customer. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Box, Prisons or Military bases. Parcels that are returned to sender which show at least one attempted delivery, or an issue raised by the courier on the tracking that was not responded to by the end-customer, may incur charges to resend. All customs fees, duties & charges levied at the point of entry are payable by the customer/recipient. Our courier cannot deliver to PO Box, Prisons or Military bases. All orders must be delivered to your store, unless we have agreed in writing to offer your store our drop-shipping service. In which case the following additional terms and conditions apply: Communication with the end-customer must be handled by the trade customer at all times. It is the trade customer’s responsibility to track the parcel until it is successfully delivered, and to notify the end-customer of all information regarding the dispatch, progress, delay, or any issues arising during the shipment/delivery of the parcel. If the end-customer changes their mind upon receiving a non-personalised product and wishes to return the product, the product is to be returned to the trade customer and the product will remain the property of the trade customer, Daisy & Bump will not accept returns unless faulty/damaged/lost during shipment. The trade customer accepts all responsibility for any personal damage claims or disputes made by the end-customer and Daisy & Bump will not be liable.
